EAC辦學有成，至今已培養出近4000名畢業生，每年新生人數超過650名。

我校設有學士、碩士、MBA學位等級課程。

EAC強調理論與就業需求相結合，並併入歐盟學分互認架構（ECTS），所授予的學位及碩士等級文憑（RNCP6級，RNCP7級）均受法國國家和台灣教育部認證。

其使命在彰顯法國的形象：透過與台灣的合作夥伴共同策劃大型活動，提升法國在台灣的能見度；其次是科技與學術交流、推展台法雙邊高等院校建教合作，提供獎助學金，促進科研人員互訪考察，籌辦學術研討會，推動台法共同指導博士論文，與台灣科技學術合作上扮演活躍的角色。
