Dealwithstress:Stressismajorimpedimenttohumorandlaughter.  Payattentiontochildrenandemulatethem:Theyaretheexpertsonplaying,takinglifelightlyandlaughing!!  Hereisasimpleprescriptionforahealthylife: Thirtyminutesofexerciseatleast3timesaweek,and15minutesoflaughteronadailybasis.  Thebottomline–laughtermayjustbethebestmedicineonthemarkettoday.
