聽 在日常生活中，能聽懂各類主題的談話、辯論、演講、報導及節目等。

在工作時，參與業務會議或談判時，能聽懂報告及討論的內容。

讀 能閱讀各類不同主題、體裁的文章，包括報章雜誌、文學作品、專業期刊、學術著作及文獻等。

說 對於各類主題皆能流暢地表達看法、參與討論，能在一般會議或專業研討會中報告或發表意見等。

寫 能寫一般及專業性摘要、報告、論文、新聞報導等，可翻譯一般書籍及新聞等。

對各類主題均能表達看法，並作深入探討。

參考：高級商務人員、協商談判人員、英語教學人員、研究人員、翻譯人員、外交人員、國際新聞從業人員等，宜具備高級能力。

3級 3級 註： 1.某甲考生聽力72分、閱讀78分，其總分為150分，且兩項成績皆不低於64分，則已達聽讀測驗通過標準，可加考該級數之說寫測驗。

2.某乙考生聽力90分、閱讀63分，雖然其兩項成績總和達153分（已高於150分），但因閱讀低於64分，故未達聽讀測驗通過標準，不得報考該級數之說寫測驗。

●聽力及閱讀測驗成績採標準計分方式，每題3分，滿分120分。

評分係根據本測驗高級-成績計算標準 ※試程 聽讀測驗 測驗時間以考試通知上所列為準，測驗時間開始後逾10分鐘即不得入場應試。

聽力及閱讀能力測驗試程約2小時50分鐘（含試前、試後說明，中間休息約10分鐘），於一般教室施測，聽力測驗以光碟放音機播放方式進行。

說寫測驗 寫作及口說測驗將分二時段進行，因口說測驗須分場次進行，故兩項測驗之間有時可能會間隔數小時。

口說測驗以面談方式進行，全程錄音或錄影，每場有2至3名考生同場應考，由主考老師（1名）提問，由該主考老師及在場之另1名評分老師共同評分。

各項測驗確切測驗日期及時間以考試通知上所列為準。

各場測驗時間開始後逾10分鐘即不得入場應試，遲到者不得要求更改場次。
