TheresearcherstudiedtheuseofhighK.VtechniqueinPACXRtoevaluateitsroletoclarifythevariousanatomicalstructuresinthechestandtoevaluatetheimagequalityoftheimagesdonewithhighK.V. Thestudyconsistedof60patientsexaminedbyPACXR.30ofthemexaminedwithhighK.Vandtheother30withlowK.Vthecollecteddataincludesage,sex,clinicaldiagnosis,anatomicalstructures,andX-rayfindings,fortheimagequalityinthecollecteddatagroupcontrast,sharpnessandtheresolution.ThenthecollecteddatacorrelatedwithK.V(High&lowK.V). TheresultsshowedthattheuseofhighK.Vtechniquesisexcellentinrevealingtheheart,hilarregion,lymphnodesandgreatvessels,whilereducingtheappearanceofthebonevisibility.Intheimagequality,theresultshowedthatcontrastinhighK.VwaslowwhileincreasingthedegreeofsharpnessandresolutionincomparisonwiththelowK.Vimages.
