odbeginningaftertheDistributionDate,and,inthecaseofanyStraddlePeriod,theportionofsuchStraddlePeriodbeginningthedayaftertheDistributionDate.ExcessCashPaymentPeriodmeans,withrespecttotherepaymentrequiredoneachExcessCashPaymentDate,theimmediatelyprecedingfiscalyearoftheBorrower.ContractYearmeans,withrespecttotheinitialContractYear,theperiodbeginningontheCommercialOperationDateandendingat12.00midnighton31stMarchofthatFiscalYear.EachsuccessiveContractYearshallcoincidewiththesucceedingFiscalYear,i.e.,aperiodoftwelvemonthscommencingonApril1andendingonfollowingMarch31,exceptthatthefinalContractYearshallendonthedateofexpiryoftheTermoronTerminationofthisAgreementwhicheverisearlier.Semi-AnnualDistributionDatemeansthe"DistributionDates"setforthunder"SummaryofEssentialFinancialInformation--EstimatedDistributions--Semi-AnnualDistributions"intheProspectusPartIforaTrust.ProrationMonthmeansthemonthforwhichcapacityistobeallocatedunderItem7.ConveyancePeriodDistributionDateEachDistributionDateduringtheConveyancePeriodand,iftheConveyancePeriodendsaftertheDistributionDateinamonth,theimmediatelysucceedingDistributionDate.DeterminationPeriodmeanseachperiodfrom(andincluding)aDeterminationDateto(butexcluding)thenextDeterminationDate(including,whereeithertheInterestCommencementDateorthefinalInterestPaymentDateisnotaDeterminationDate,theperiodcommencingonthefirstDeterminationDatepriorto,andendingonthefirstDeterminationDatefallingafter,suchdate);andAnniversaryYearTheone-yearperiodbeginningontheClosingDateandendingonthefirstanniversarythereof,andeachsubsequentone-yearperiodbeginningonthedayaftertheendoftheprecedingAnniversaryYearandendingonnextsucceedinganniversaryoftheClosingDate.Cropyearmeanstheperiodoftimeforaparticularcroptobeplantedandharvested,oroneyear'stime,whicheverisshorter.One-hundred-yearfloodmeansafloodhavingaonepercentchanceofbeingequaledorexceededinanygivenyear.ProgramPeriodmeanstheperiodoftimewhichthedepartmentintendstosupporttheprogramwithoutrequiringtherecompetitionforfunds.Theprogramperiodisspecifiedwithinthegrantapplication.
