Whatevercombinationoftransitionaljusticemeasuresischosenbystates,itmustbeinconformitywithEuropeanhumanrightsstandards,notablythoseemanatingfromtheEuropeanConventiononHumanRightsandtheStrasbourgCourt’scaselaw.
